Travis Army is Co-Portfolio Manager and The Chief of Staff at The Invictus Collective. In this role, he supports firm leadership in executing its strategic vision through key initiatives and enhanced client engagement, while helping scale the platform to deliver best-in-class investment solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Invictus, he served on a quantitative investing team, contributing to model research and risk analysis across funds ranging from quantitative to fundamental. Working directly with portfolio managers, he helped implement new strategic initiatives designed to create an edge in a highly competitive market. Earlier in his career, he taught high school mathematics and economics. That experience instilled a lasting passion for growth and a belief that meaningful improvement comes from consistent work ethic.

Travis holds a Master's in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Outside of work, he has a passion for youth sports, mentoring young athletes and helping them develop teamwork, character, and confidence both on and off the field.
