Jonathan P. Nauert is Co-Portfolio Manager, Operations and President of Direct Investing at Invictus Collective. Previously, he served as an Operating Executive at Coltala Aerospace Holdings and as an Investment Professional at Coltala Holdings, a private holding company, where he was a Board Observer for five portfolio companies. He began his career in energy investment banking.

Jonathan holds an MBA from Duke University and is currently a Master's candidate in Strategic Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
